Throwing used household oil down the sink can cause a significant negative impact on the environment, for this reason in this workshop the main ingredient (oil) was seen as a useful material and not as waste, thus obtaining a new product such as soap for washing clothes, dishes, floors.

There is no doubt that the workshop was a great learning opportunity, since the participants themselves were very enthusiastic about the information obtained and the samples made by themselves in blue: cream soap for dishwashing and laundry. They were even eager to make them at home.

This is the first laundry soap workshop held at Fundación La Tortuga’s headquarters and the beginning of many other workshops in favor of the environment.

Everyone who wants to support initiatives in favor of environmental conservation and protect their own budget is invited to attend these inspiring activities.
